Refund Policy

To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of registrants and organizers, and to standardize the refund process for registrations, this policy is hereby formulated and applies to all users who register for activities, courses, competitions, and other projects through official channels.

1. Preconditions for refund application
Applicants must submit a refund request through the officially designated channels (offline registration points) within the specified timeframe, and provide relevant materials such as registration vouchers and personal identification information to facilitate the organizer's verification of identity and registration status.

II. Refund rules for different stages
(1) Refund before the registration deadline
If the applicant requests a refund before the project registration deadline, the organizer will fully refund the paid registration fee without any service charge deduction.
The refund will be credited back to the applicant's account within 3-5 working days after the application is approved.
(II) Refund after the registration deadline and before the project starts
If a refund application is submitted after the registration deadline and up to 7 days (inclusive of the 7th day) before the official start of the project, the organizer will deduct 10% of the registration fee as a handling fee and refund the remaining amount to the registrant's payment account.
If a refund application is submitted within 7 days before the start of the project, the organizer will deduct 30% of the registration fee as a penalty and refund the remaining amount. The refund for the aforementioned situation will be completed and returned within 5-7 working days after the application is approved.
(III) Refund after project commencement
After the project officially begins, the organizer will not refund any registration fees for those who apply for a refund due to personal reasons.
If the project is cancelled, postponed, or cannot be carried out normally due to reasons attributable to the organizer, the organizer will fully refund the fees paid by the registrants without any deduction of any handling fees. The refund will be made via the original payment method within 3 working days after the notice of project changes is issued.

III. Refund rules for special circumstances
(1) Force majeure factors
If the project cannot proceed normally due to force majeure factors such as earthquakes, floods, or epidemics, the organizer will provide the registrants with options such as full refunds, project postponement, or transfer to other similar projects based on the actual situation. If the registrant chooses a refund, the organizer will complete the refund process within 3 working days after the confirmation of the force majeure factor.
(II) Special circumstances of applicants
If an applicant is unable to participate in the project due to special circumstances such as sudden major illnesses or accidents, they must provide relevant documents such as a hospital diagnosis certificate and accident identification document. After review and confirmation by the organizer, they may apply for a full refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method within 3 working days after approval.

IV. Review and Processing of Refund Applications
Upon receipt of the refund application, the organizer will complete the review within 1-2 business days. If the application is approved, it will be processed according to the corresponding refund rules; if not approved, the applicant will be promptly informed of the reasons and provided with a solution.
If the registrant has objections to the refund result, they may lodge an appeal with the customer service department of the organizer within 3 working days after receiving the refund notice. The organizer will re-verify and respond to the appeal result within 3 working days.

V. Other Instructions
Any matters not covered in this policy shall be resolved through negotiation between the organizer and the registrant; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court in the location of the project.
The organizer has the right to adjust this policy according to the actual situation, and the adjusted policy will be announced in advance through channels such as the official website and WeChat official account.
By submitting the registration application, the registrant is deemed to agree to this refund policy, and the organizer will proceed with the refund operation in accordance with this policy.
